Saskia Teeuwen is an IT professional with over 20 years of experience with focus on Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), Information Technology and Information Security. As Senior Manager at Deloitte Dutch Caribbean, Saskia oversees the Controls Transformation & Assurance portfolio. Additionally, she works on (complex) cyber, technology, innovative and organizational business cases to achieve business goals through business and IT alignment.
Prior to joining Deloitte Dutch Caribbean, Saskia worked at Royal Dutch Shell, where she carried out assignments in the area of Information Risk Management, IT Audit and IT Management. Her other experience includes working as Management Consultant / Quality & Information Security Lead Auditor at KPMG and Process Analyst at PeopleSoft/Oracle.
Saskia holds a Master’s degree in Business Communication with a Minor in International Business and holds various accreditations/ certifications such as CISA, CISM, Lead Auditor for Quality and Information Security management systems, ITIL, PMP, LEAN and Agile.
